Full-time 2026-2027 Positions

Mathematics Teacher (Middle School – Grade 7 and/or 8) – apply through OLAS -  OLAS-Southern Region, by May 22, 2026

Substitute Teachers

  • Substitute Teachers needed

  • Pay is between $120-130 a day. 

Support Staff

 

Cook/Cook Manager (one position, either job title)

  • Location:  Oxford Academy
  • Hours:  Day shift
  • Qualifications: 
  • Cook:  Two years experience in the preparation of food on a large scale. Good physical health, good attendance and work record, good  communication skills. 
  • Cook Manager:  Preparation and cooking of food on a moderately large scale and supervision of personnel in the school lunch program.  Good physical health, good attenance and work record, good communication skills.
  • Cook Duties: Working knowledge of preparing food, proper storing of food, supervises and participates in cleaning the kitchen, tables, serving area, utensils, etc., keeps simple records of food productions and recipes and may serve as a cashier.
  • Cook Manager Duties: Supervises and participates in cleaning of the kitchen, serving, storage and dining areas, and the care of equipment.  Record keeping of food and supplies, employee time cards and work schedles.  Preparation of meal plans, plan menus and budget.

Bus Attendant

  • Position:  Full-time bus attendant (4 hours).
  • Responsibilities/Duties:
  • Assist students on and off the bus, help students cross the highway safely, help the bus driver maintain order on the bus, assist students and driver as needed.  Additional duties as assigned.

Custodial Worker (Night Shift-2 positions)

  • Location:  Oxford Academy
  • Hours:  Night Shift
  • Qualifications:  Good physical health, good attendance and work record, good communication skills and ability to follow directions
  • Duties:  Perform cleaning duties as assigned, ability to carry/lift/transport materials, perform maintenance tasks, additional duties as assigned.
