The Greatest Show and Tell Expo

Dear Families,

On Thursday March 12^th, the Oxford Primary School will be holding our 8^th  Annual  “Greatest Show and Tell EXPO”. 

So what is the Greatest Show and Tell Expo?

It’s an opportunity for “makers” to show and tell a project that they have created.   What are the projects?  Well, that’s the exciting part.  It could be almost anything.  From art to robots and everything in between.  Projects could include:  paintings, drawings, crafts, structures, machines, woodworking, food/cooking, knitting, games, inventions, and the list goes on and on.

Who can participate?

Any Primary or Middle School student with or without help from their family members can work on a project to show and tell. 

Complete the GSTE Exhibitor form (below) and return NO LATER than Friday March 6th to be eligible to Show and Tell.

GSTE Exhibitor Form

We’re so happy that you’ve decided to Show and Tell!

Please take note of the special instructions below:

1. Make-and- take style projects are back this year if you want.
2. Projects need to be set up at 5:30pm the night of the event, Thursday March 12^th.
3. A student desk will be provided for each display.  If your project requires more space, please contact Mr. Kappauf at ckappauf@oxac.org.
4. Projects need to be accompanied by a student and adult [for supervision] from set up to completion of the event at 7:00pm.
5. Participants should clean up at 7:00pm and leave space as found.
